RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Magic Full Moon offers a 14-day return period.
RIGHT TO WITHDRAW
You may notify us that you wish to return your order within 14 calendar days from the day after you receive it, without giving a reason.
To exercise this right, email support@magicfullmoon.com with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel or return your order.
After notifying us, you must send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days. We will provide the correct return address and instructions. Please do not return products to the address shown on the original parcel without contacting us first.
RETURN CONDITIONS
Products may only be handled to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. You may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary.
Where reasonably possible, products should be returned with their original packaging, accessories and proof of purchase.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning unwanted products, unless the product received is defective, damaged, incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping proof of postage.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us promptly at support@magicfullmoon.com and include your order number, a description of the problem and photographs where possible.
We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with your legal rights.
EXCEPTIONS
The right of withdrawal may not apply to certain products, including:
• Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
• Perishable goods.
• Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
• Digital content where supply has begun with your prior consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal is lost.
• Gift cards, where permitted by applicable law.
These exceptions do not affect your rights concerning defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied products.
SALE ITEMS
Statutory return and consumer rights also apply to discounted or sale items. Any additional promotional return conditions will be stated clearly at the time of purchase.
EXCHANGES
The quickest way to obtain a different product is to return the original item and place a new order after the return has been processed.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect the return, we will inform you of the outcome.
Where the right of withdrawal applies, eligible payments will be refunded within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or you provide evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
When the entire order is returned, the refund includes the standard delivery cost originally paid. Additional costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery method are not refundable.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method without additional fees from Magic Full Moon. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and display the refund.
This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
